This part isn't about the e-patterns, just helpful info if you like downloading patterns.  I like to make a folder on my desktop to keep all my patterns in.  To do this, all you need do is, right click on any empty space on your desktop and then click on New, then click Folder, then you can type in the name you want the folder to have, like "Patterns".  If you want to change the name of the Folder, you can right click on the Folder anytime, and then click rename. Then you can just drag and drop stuff into that folder. Like all the patterns that you download.
